Wood & Rathbone take the honours
Congratulations to Brett Wood and Annika Rathbone who were crowned Mens and Ladies Club Champions for 2022. Brett shot two fine rounds of 75,72 (147) to win from junior William Kain on 152 who also took out the junior championships for the second year in a row!
In the ladies section Annika proved herself as one of the states best players shooting 71,71 for a two round total of 142 to win comfortably from Maggie Matthews.
In the minor grades Alan Gordon shot two fine rounds of 79,79 (158) to win A Reserve and Club Sponsor Barry Morcom played consistently with 84,85 (169) to take out B Grade. In C Grade Matt O’Donnell shot rounds of 93,93 (186).
I would like to thank everyone that participated and acknowledge the hard work of our green staff who did an amazing job with the amount of rain we had in the lead up.
