A strong finish to the first 9 holes. This Par 5 plays uphill with a large fairway bunker perfectly placed on the right side of the hole. This hole reminds me of the 10th hole at Huntingdale in Victoria which has a fairway bunker positioned on the left hand side not the right hand side but is visually very similar.
The long hitters can get home in two shots if they manage to drive it over the fairway bunker. For those of you who will try and hit the green in regulation your third shot into the green is best coming in from the left hand side of the fairway as the green is quite narrow and heavily bunkered and is easier to attack the flag from the left hand side. The 6th hole green is situated directly next to this green and players should definitely take a look to check the pin location as it will certainly help you when playing this hole 3 holes later.
